The unique thing about Hafner stainless steel valves.
The stainless steel valves are made of 316L as standard. The unique thing about Hafner products is the fact that both the body, the internal parts and even the manual emergency operation are 316L. Hafner stainless steel is therefore not only resistant to aggressive (environmental) conditions, but also resistant to possible aggressive control media.
The benefits of Hafner stainless steel valves.
The Hafner valves have extremely low friction, an air flow of up to 3000 l / min and a compact design. Many models are ATEX certified. Hafner uses 316L for its stainless steel series. The seal is a floating O-ring or a lip seal ring made of PUR or FKM. These seals are low in maintenance, have a very low friction and do not need to be lubricated.
Mechanically operated
These valves are ATEX-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments and applications at low temperatures.
Panel mounting
These valves are ATEX-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments and applications at low temperatures.
Lever operated
These valves are atex-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments, applications at low temperatures and technical vacuum. The valves can be fitted with FKM seals under conditions with high temperatures up to 120 ° C. Instead of a rubber ring that wears quickly, Hafner seals all valves with a metal seal.
Also available in stainless steel.
Pneumatically operated
These valves are atex-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments, applications at low temperatures and technical vacuum. The valves can be fitted with FKM seals under conditions with high temperatures up to 120 ° C. Also available in stainless steel.
Solenoid valves
These valves are atex-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments, applications at low temperatures and technical vacuum. These valves can be used under conditions with high temperatures up to 80 ° C. This only applies to the DC version. They are available with a high flow rate, low current consumption and in stainless steel.
Namur
These valves are atex-Ex certified and suitable for explosion-hazardous environments and applications with low temperatures. These valves can be used under conditions with high temperatures up to 80 ° C. This only applies to the DC version. They are also available in stainless steel.
