aim fluid control respects the privacy of all visitors to its website and treats your personal data confidentially. aim fluid control declares that they do not sell your personal information. We only give your data to those parties that are involved in processing your order. Our employees and parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
Which personal data are processed
Your personal data will be processed when you provide it to us via the contact form on our website, or share it with us by telephone, fax or e-mail. The personal data that we process about you are your name, gender, e-mail address, job title and telephone number. If the specified delivery and billing address is the same as your home address, your personal address details will also be processed.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
aim fluid control does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify the identity of our visitors. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data from a minor without permission, please contact us via info@aimfluid.nl so that we can delete this data.
Why we process your personal data
Your personal data is used because it is necessary for our order process. By this we mean quotations, order confirmations, changes in delivery times, invoices, the delivery of orders and the establishment of direct communication.
After placing an order with aim fluid control, we will keep you informed by e-mail about promotions and additions to our range. How long we keep personal data
aim fluid control stores your personal data to achieve the above goals. If there is an order processing, we adhere to the statutory retention period of 7 years, as established in the Civil Code and the General Law on State Taxes.
