Delivery & Pick up
Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
The transport is carried out by DHL. They deliver, if supplies last and no other agreements have been made regarding transport, within 24 hours (without guarantee).
As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive a proof of shipment by e-mail with a Track & Trace code.
Delivery & Pick up options
You can have your order delivered or you can pick it up in our warehouse. You can indicate this during the ordering process.
Delivery (DHL)
We deliver our packages with DHL. You can have your order delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Delivery outside of these countries is possible upon request.

Transportation costs
For orders over € 500, no transport costs will be charged (excluding length transport).
For orders up to € 500, the transport costs are € 17.50 (standard in the Netherlands).
Change delivery address
We can adjust a delivery address for you as long as you have not received an email from us with a Track & Trace code. For this, contact our sales department.

Package not received
Always check the following items if you have not received an order.
- Track & Trace code (this indicates where the order should be)
- Is the delivery address correct in the order confirmation

Delivery delayed
We naturally do everything we can to deliver your order on time. Sometimes it is possible that we cannot deliver your order on time. If your order is delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
