If you have ordered or received the wrong product, you can return it or have it collected in consultation with aim fluid control.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that aim fluid control is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a shipping receipt when sending it and keep it safe!

The return costs are for your own account unless otherwise agreed in consultation with aim fluid control.
Refunds
If you have sent something back to aim fluid control or canceled an order, we will refund you the amount via the payment method you chose during the ordering process.

Product damaged or incomplete?
Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with the order.
We ask you to report this to our sales department as soon as possible after receipt. We will ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible. Indicate clearly on the return form that you have received a wrong or damaged product. The return shipment is of course free of charge.
